Rory O’Neill aka Panti Bliss in conversation with Dr. Muiris Houston

Ireland's foremost "gender discombobulist" and "accidental activist.”

Panti began performing while an art student in the late 80’s before moving to Tokyo and becoming a fixture on the Tokyo club.

Returning to Dublin in 1995 she ran some of Dublin’s seminal club nights, hosted the legendary Alternative Miss Ireland for 18 years, and performed all over the world. Her critically acclaimed memoir Woman In The Making was published in 2014, and a feature length documentary about her called The Queen of Ireland was released 2015. She is also the landlady of Pantibar.

Rory O’Neill aka Panti Bliss is interviewed here by Muiris Houston in 2015 as part of the dotMD annual conference for doctors and healthcare practitioners.
